General Information
Towson University Postal Services distributes mail for the campus community during the academic year, including winter and summer sessions. Operations are closed on weekends and official university holidays.
- Student resident mail and packages are distributed through the University Union or dedicated package lockers during operational hours.
- TU Postal Services offers UPS mailing services and sell stamps on site.
- Postage for outgoing packages can be purchased through USPS and UPS that may include tracking and insurances services at customer's discretion.
- Amazon Self-Service Lockers are available for student use at the following locations:
- Union Garage
- West Village Garage
- Upper level of the 10 West Garage
Mail & Package Information
Student living in campus housing will be assigned a mailbox to retrieve their letter mail in the University Union. When packages arrive, students will receive a notification from Postal Services with pickup instructions. Depending on the delivery method, packages may be collected from the postal office or from one of the secure package lockers.
- Package Lockers are located:
- On the first floor on the University Union
- On the ground level (Cross Campus side) of the Union Garage
