The primary scholarship available to Honors College students is the Honors College Scholarship, which is awarded to most incoming freshmen and transfer students who join TU and the Honors College in a fall term. Recipients must remain in good standing per Honors College and University rules to continue the scholarship. Honors students have also been successful recipients of national and international awards in areas such as research, public service, and language acquisition. Honors advisors connect interested students with the Office of Competitive Fellowships & Awards to learn more about these opportunities and prepare applications. The Honorables of Color (HOC) student group also has created a scholarship for incoming freshmen who are interested in social justice issues. Other scholarships periodically arise for study abroad, service-learning, and other experiential learning. Check the Honors College webpage for the most recent information and deadlines.
