Minor in Family Science
The Family Science minor includes 3 units of prerequisite work and 21 units of Family and Human Services (FMST) courses, for a total of 24 units. The minor provides an opportunity for students who would like to study families along with their major focus of study. Knowledge about families and working with families has emerged as a critical area of concern for health, social service, and education professionals. Thus, this program fits well for students studying in health professions, liberal arts, and education.
