Minor in Finance
This 18-unit minor is not open to students who are pursuing a major in Business Administration - Finance concentration or Business Administration - Investments track. All requirements for the Finance minor must be completed with a grade equivalent of 2.00 or higher. Non-CBE majors who elect a Finance minor are not formally admitted to the College of Business and Economics and will not graduate from CBE.

Prerequisites checked online during registration: FIN 331 must be completed with a grade equivalent of 2.00 or higher before taking any other FIN course.
Note: Upper-level Finance courses may not be taken without first completing the prerequisites.
Recommended Course Sequence
FIN 331 is a junior-level course and is a prerequisite for all other FIN courses. FIN 350 is a prerequisite for FIN 351 and FIN 436. FIN 351 is a prerequisite for FIN 430 and FIN 439. FIN 333 is a prerequisite for FIN 423 and FIN 423 is a prerequisite for FIN 433. The minor may be completed over four terms.
