One of the top initiatives of Towson University is to provide outstanding support and services to all student veterans and qualified dependents. The Military and Veterans Center (MVC) promotes a safe and like-minded community, personal growth and career development opportunities, and comprehensive in-school support.

Community

The TU Military and Veterans Center provides a hub for study, camaraderie, and comfort. Our center grants a place for student veterans and qualified dependents to read, work, use public computers and other resources, and enjoy the company of their like-minded peers.

Growth

TU student veterans continue to serve in many significant ways. They use their unique motivations and lessons learned from their time in the military to engage in social and charity programs, learn new workplace and career skills, and to transition successfully from college to their future careers.

Support

The MVC seeks to provide timely, 100 percent fulfillment of all GI Bill® and related claims. The MVC also serves, through its expert staff, as a resource space that assists and guides its members through any challenge they might face at TU.
